i have heard of the theory of the “fish oil pills” and i have been told 100 different things, i want to know do they make the hair on my head grow faster? and if it does that does it make the hair on my body grow as well?

Help, my hair falls a lot!?
I wash my hair and condition daily and brush about twice a day. I do not style my hair Very often, the more I dry twice a week. Throughout the day I put it in a bun or ponytail, or let down, but never for long periods of time. A month or two ago my mother told me my hair looked like it was thinning, so it recommended a multivitamin, Folic acid supplements of fish oil that I made since. It seems my hair is deteriorating, falling in clumps it seems. What can I do to stop it? I know the hair is supposed to fall, but like this? Oh, I also began to diet and exercise there are some weeks, nothing drastic, and lost some weight, I wonder if that has anything to do with hair loss. Any ideas? Flaxseed oil and omega-3 is?
Why do I keep hearing more and more of us need these two things in our diet. Before now, there has always been fat, carbohydrates, protein … What is the nutritional value of these two are and how are they important to our daily diet routine? How much of each is enough? Is it just the vitamins that are both there so I do not have to eat them? They sound gross. (Sidenote:? HELP! Dry skin and oily with acne?
I tried everything. Treatments soft harsher treatment, treatment natural and chemical treatments! When I was in my teens, I had minimal problems, but now I'm almost 26 and I feel as it gets worse all the time. Treatments may work for a week, but then things get worse and I end up with dry skin, oily acne, yuck! I drink a ton of water, eat healthy take vitamins and fish oils, avoid spam and sugar, as much as possible. Help please!
