What should I do to improve my wording longevity?
Currently, I am of many guidelines for healthy living at RealAge (dot) com, I am exercising correctly and regularly, daily meditation, eating more vegetables and less meat, eat more fruits and vegetables. I am sleeping 8-9 hours a day, following good oral hygiene and care and I feel happier, without taking pills. My supplementation is as follows: 3000 mg of fish oil in Alaska 700 mg calcium 500 mg vitamin C 1100 IU vitamin D 52 g protein anabolic 500 mg Resveratrol (an antioxidant Acai Berry Powerful like) I'm also drinking green tea 3 times a day and limit my food intake to 1800 calories per day. Currently, I weigh 185 pounds and I'm 6 '3 "high I'm 35 years old If anyone has any comments or decent -.. can add to this (something I recommend you do). – I would love to hear about it BTW I feel good! Better than I felt in my 20 years.

I am druid and looking for a way to make my hair grow faster after a * very * bad haircut. I take selenium and fish oil and B complex and a multi to grow faster. I use generic mane and tail conditioner, and keep my hair as healthy as possible. I've always eaten a healthy diet, but I really need some something really more to do grow a little faster. There are few things outside of our children and families that our culture loves more than his pet. 1. Make sure they get enough exercise.
Even lazy dogs and old dogs need their daily walk, and they will be happier and better behavior when they get it. 2. Give them time with their "friends."

If your dog is confined in the home all day while you're at work or relaxing in your yard while on his solo and then see about setting up some play dates with other dogs with your dog.
