Is it safe to apply Fish Oil directly to my face?
I bought these GNC brand Fish Oil capsules. it is 1000mg. I break the capsule open & apply the fish oil directly to my face, is that ok? The dude at GNC told me he knows of a women that does that, or knows women who do that. Anyway, I want to know if its safe, and if I can do that every night for my acne.

Putting any oil on your face is a bad idea, let alone for treating acne! I know fish oil capsules and beneficial when taken orally. Use a good moisturizer, wash w/ a noncomedogenic soap, and apply an acne treatment to your face twice daily to reduce and eventually get rid of acne.
