How many capsules of omega-3 should I take?
I take 1000 mg of omega-3 fish oil capsules. How do you I recommend taking a day? In addition, the best brands would also be helpful. Right now I am only take 2, I would get more omega-3 in my diet and I do not eat fish. Thank you. I'm not positive on what is too much.
I take 3 per day. I usually make or brand Nature Made the Walgreen's. It works just as well.
