Hi Epa Fish Oils

YOUR HELP PLEASE THANK NUTRITIONISTS lol?

Hi all anybody know not the RDA (recommended daily amount) but the ROA (the maximum recommended amount) of EPA fish oil? the package says to take 1-3 capsules daily, each containing 1000 mg of oil fish, wonder what is the maximum you can take and is it dangerous to exceed the limit may be at 5-6 capsules per day? as EPA rules! thanks

How much omega-3 do you need? There is currently no USDA RDA for omega-3 fatty acids, but the National Institutes of Health recommends that people consume about 2% of their total daily calories as omega-3. To meet this recommendation, a person eating 2000 calories per day should consume about 2 grams of omega-3 per day. The average American adult is much less than 1 gram of omega-3 fatty acids by day. What is enough? The FDA suggests that people on average does not exceed 3 g / day, and encourages manufacturers of dietary supplements do not recommend doses above 2 g / day. A special case is that blood levels of triglycerides when doses up to 4 g / day are needed significantly reduce serum triglycerides – up to 30% less.
