How can I get vitamin D without going to the sun?
I'm only 14 and I'm really into right now sunscreen and I realize how important it is to protect your skin against the sun. I also like the look of the skin just because I personally think it looks super pretty on some people and I'm better with pale skin / pale. I'm trying to prevent wrinkles, leathery skin, skin cancer, and keeping my skin pale / I'm just using a sunscreen every time. but I do not want to get vitamin D. of vitamin D also help prevent wrinkles? I think fish oil has vitamin D in it, so I can take it? milk also, all my life I've loved (I guess that sounds a bit weird because many Children hate) and i drink a lot, almost everyday. that vitamin D in this fair? lol sorry I have another question regarding this … So if I eat a lot of things that contain vitamin D, I do not sunbathe without sunscreen?
