A good multivitamins + minerals pills combination?
I’m planning on using these products daily and wonder if this is a good combination. Is this enough, too much or should I add/remove anything else? .
-Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men Multivitamins,
-Kirkland Signature Natural Fish Oil Concentrate with Omega-3 Fatty Acids
-Product Image Nature Made Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc with Vitamin D
-Nature Made Iron 65mg, Equivalent to 325 mg Ferrous Sulfate
