A matter of dosage of fish oil?
I take omega 3 soft gel – Vitamin Fish Oil 1200 mg daily twice a day. What as 1200 mg say? Is this a lot? Can someone tell me what is good about fish oil? I guess cuz its good for my skiing (I heard) Thank you. Is it serious?
You take the recommended dosage. 2400 mg per day is good and if you take 1200 mg twice a day, thats right, so thats 2400. It helps a lot, skin the most important but also the stress and mood. It reduces aggression and anger, which will allow all sorts of health benefits because stress takes its toll on the body. Just google "stress fish oil" to see what the Internet says about this, or google "benefits fish oil. I disorder rosacea skin () and I take 2400 mg of fish oil per day and it helps reduce the symptoms a bit (cannot rosacea be cured, but the reduction of symptoms is difficult, and fish oil is one of the main things that I think assistance).
